Experimental version of watML.

ML compiler (without standard ML modules) with experimental overloading
system. File mlsys is VAX object file.

See manual.tex (latex document) for details.

To install, change path in watml and in lib.ml.

The first time watml is executed the library is compiled and files lib.sp
and lib.im are created.
