(SAM had been on heart medication since May, and his doctor told me that eventually it would wear out his kidneys. He ate a big dinner and pooped and peed and was cranky if you touched his feet. SAM was back! Off he went the next morning after a little breakfast..still had agood appetite. That second night however was not as promising...He ate dinner but he never pooped and to my horror, his pee had a pink caste to it...a sign of blood in the urine. I was convinced that he was getting better and thought it was the bladder infection poisons coming out...an optimistic doggie Mom. (SAM was like Lazarus and always seemed to bounce right back.) I remember waking up in the night and SAM was pressed up next to me..closer than he usually slept. I had a cutelittle lullaby I made up for him a long time ago about how handsome he was so I sang it for him in the night. I did not think it was my last night with my little bed partner.... Off he went the next morn to continue the IV drip and antibiotics...I didn't even have him say goodbye to Tator and the girls because I was so sure he would be back again that night.

Asperger's is primarily a disability in social situations. Other things show up in each individuals.... like needing to have a place for everything and everything in it's place. Unless I leave it out. That's okay, cuz I know where it is. It's having to have the place I spend my time in relatively in order. I don't function in chaos. It's needing to walk away from crowds or social situations unless I have a shield (usually someone with me). It's not being able to chit chat but able to carry on long conversations about parenting, breast-feeding, crocheting, or whatever the topic of the week is in my life. It's a need to learn everything possible about a subject. It's the Lay's Potato Chip syndrome, 'Bet you can't eat one.' It's not sharing well. It's diarrhea of the mouth. It's interrupting others continually. It's having to have the last word. It can be rocking, hand flapping, not being able to step on a sidewalk crack. It is a form of autism, and considered by many to be "high functioning" autism.

Well this weekend was hell. All Zack and I did was fight and make up, fight andmake up. Then later we got into another fight because he said he wanted to talk about what was bothering us and so I let him talk and didn't say nothing, but when I went to talk to him about what was bothering me that he does he couldn't be quiet and he keept interupting me telling me that nothing I was saying was lagitament. I told him that he needed to stopcriticising me on how to do things when he does them, to say sorry in fights when it is his fault, to recognize what I do for our relationship and that I have changed to better it, to stop blaming me for all the problems in our relationship, to learn to apprecaite when I do nice things for him instead of saying mean things (ex. This whole weekend we fought. From Thursday to Sunday. It is the first time we have fought that much in a row. Well after that last fight I was so upset I wanted to leave again. As I go to leave he came in with a big smile on his face and wanted a hug. I didn't want to hug him. He keept begging for one and hugging me. I told himnow he knew how it felt to be in a fight and want to get a hug and be denied one. Now he knew what it felt like to be told I want nothing to do with you and I am not in the hugging mood. This is what he tells me all the time when I want a hug when we are fighting. Well of course he was happy because he got a call about the new truck being done and ready to pick up from the shop. I told him that things don't go away because his truck was done. I asked him if he even heard a word I saidthat whole time and he said yes he did and he was sorry that he acted like that. I told him that one time that we were fighting about the phone situation he came out and wanted sex, that is like the thrid time he did that during our weekend fight. I told him that doesn't always make things better. He freaked out on me about McDonald's movies. He told me not to turn them around in the casebecause it scratches them. I told him that he had no reason doing that and he didn't see that at all. I told him the whole time he was talking to me he was telling me that all I need to change is the jealousey thing, when I have one thing to change and he has 5 or 6! Anyway enough of that. It makes me mad to thinkof it. I told him if things don't change then we will be seperated for good. Last night he told me that he thought God was telling us that by the truck being done and ready, he said he thought itwas a sign from God that we need to get over our problems and be a better couple because things are going good and better for us now. Sometimes, it is good to be patient. Sometimes, it is good to ride things out, to not panic.

4. Girls for Breakfast- David Yoo- Read this one because I was intrigued by windup's review in Hyphen , which is one fantastic magazine. The book is the story of Nick Park, a Connecticut teen who belongs to the only Asian family in town. Nick likes girls A LOT, and most of the book deals with his struggle to try and touch girls, talk to them etc. There's also a lot of struggle with his ethnicity and ethnic identity issues. This book is very funny. For example, in one scene near the beginning of the book, Nick's friends ask him to teach them Kung Fu, and he teaches them a move called the Triceratops, which consists of one kick, followed by two punches in each ball. There's also a lot of 80s references throughout the book. I enjoyed this book, and thought it was funny and clever, but I sometimes wanted to throttle the main character as I watched him shoot himself in the foot. I also found a lot of stylistic problems with the book; I guess it could have used some editing and tightening. Still, I'm glad it was written and think it will mean a lot to a lot of people.

because it is under construction. everybody's PISSED, and still drunk, and maren gets up in pajamas, rides the elevator up to the fifth floor and tells them to be quiet. they are until about 9 when the giant vibrator goes off again. we all get up and then maren and sarah complain about the room. no oneat this hotel wants to accept responsibility about anything. they actually say "you shouldnt evenbe booked in that tower" and eventually agree to let us change from the gold tower to the silver.we move all our stuff and then after we get rid of the old room keys realize that we left the featherbed in the first room. maren and i go to ask the housekeeper to let us in but she doesnt speakenglish and tells us to go to security. the security chief is this old man who calls maren naughty for leaving something in the room then slaps her hand. he sends a security officer to our old room and we get the featherbed. shower and walk to the mgm to have champagne brunch and find out itsonly on satudays or sundays. annika calls to tell us that because canace is coming sarah maren and i should stay somewhere other than their room at the mandalay bay. we book at excalibur for our last two nights. zack drives us to macayo. we listen to a remix of toxic on the way there and thenwe blast i dig it by dirty sanchez with the windows rolled down and all sing along. cristal says the black people in the car next to us hate us. eat at macayo, all of us get brainfreezes from margaritas. cristal, adrian and sarah get theirs served in collectible mugs that are people wearing sombreros. these appear as "mugaritas" on the bill and we all laugh. go back to the san remo. derekhas flown in and takes a shuttle to mgm, across the street, so we go pick him up. we walk throughthe 'taxi only' section and narrowly avoid getting him by taxis. that was the 2nd of four times doing that in one day. jordan calls us and says that his group (him, bjorge, jace and carly) are there and i tell them to come over. they eventually walk over from the wild wild west which takes hours. we make fun of jordan and call him baby because he's only 18. we take the trek to mandalay bay to go to urban outfitters. i decide that instead of washing and styling my hair i'll just wear my blond surfer wig. and sunglasses. we go, i loko at a bunch of stuff but don't buy anything. i really want the flask belt buckle and maren even offers to buy it as an early xmas present, but its too big for my belt and i dont want to punch a hole in it so it'll fit. jace and carly ended up going to the star trek bar at the hilton and maren, sarah, derek, zach and i take a cab to meet everyone in downtown vegas at the fremont street experience. maren decides to waer the pink wig out and people harass her abotu it and ask if its her real hair. some guy calls her a ho and she runs away. adrian, diva, eric and kaleo are going to donald glaude at ice and annika and canace stay in their room but the rest of us all chill in fremont street. cristal and i get id-ed three times at the place that gives you mardi gras beads, but after i go in jordan goes and they dont ID him. cristal, sarah and i each get giant frozen daquiris, i got a pina colada with 151 rum. this is a mistake. we wander around downtown and freemont street. the freemont street experience happens above us, its all patriotica nd kind of lame. i believe i'm wearing sunglasses for the most part of this. i keep drinking my giant pina colada and it keeps on fucking me up, i stand around drinking it butcan't really say anything and am pretty wasted. we go into almost every casino looking for a place to eat but for some reason we walk in adn out and don't eat anywhere even though sarah and jordan are incredibly hungry. take photos and this crazy man keeps popping in the background of them. someone tells us about a gay club downtown and zach, derek and i want to go. we go in but find out it's not a gay club and it's not very happening either. jordan and i walk aroudn downtown holding each other up. i eventually throw away the rest of my pina colada and regain my will to live. finally we decide to go back to our hotel and jordan, derek, sarah, maren and i try to find a cab thatwill fit 5 of us. jordan and i end up running after a mini-van cab and go back to the hotel. sarah and jordan go to eat at the restaurant and cristal, zack and i join them. some girls ask if we've been helped yet and we say no. they're employees there but only work the day shift. they're pissed at how ridiculous the service is, we tell them about our room troubles and they end up joining our table. their names are destiny and alicia btu cristal keeps calling destiny dynasty and sarah later refers to alicia as something which i forgot, but we all ended up calling her aloe vera later when she wasn't around. jordan and sarah order but jordan feels sick so i take him up to the room to puke, but he doesn't. me and him and maren lay around for at least half an hour and jordan isgetting worse because he hasn't ate anything all night. we find that zach, cristal and derek all went to a gay club with destiny and alicia and sarah was waiting on the food. i get down there just as tehy're giving it to her. the waitress said it'd be comped because it took so long btu then they gave her the bill. and this was before they served the food. the food is also prepared to stayeven though they ordered it to go. sarah asks for a supervisor and complains. he patronizes her for about 5 minutes and then tells her he has to talk to someoen else before he can comp it. he walks off and she's drunk and pissed and i ask if i can take jordan's food to him since that was why i went back downstairs to see what was going on. she says no because they havent paid yet, then she says she doesnt even want to deal with that and puts it down. she goes to the elevator, i grab the food and steal it because it was really ridiculous. sarah and jordan eat and the food isnt evengood and sarah is pissed. meanwhile, i am coming down from a three day drug and alcohol bender going on a total of maybe 5 hours of sleep the past two days. not a good thing. all i want to do is sleep but i can't. eric, kaleo, diva and adrian stop by the room after donald glaude. they still want to party, we want to sleep since we didn't because of the giant vibrator noise the night before. we tell them cristal zack and derek are at a gay bar which tehy called either fruit bowl or fruit loop. kaleo calls the conceirge and asks them where fruit loops is, they tell her they'll checkand call back. surprisingly, since the customer service at the san remo sucks, they do call back.we all hear kaleo inform them that yes, she does know that fruit loops are a cereal but that she wants to know wehre the gay bar is because it is more fun and we all laugh. they can't find it. (later we find out the fruit loop or bowl or whatever is a group of gay clubs). they leave and we get into bed, me with maren again and sarah with jordan, and turn the lights out. within 10 seconds i hear two people snoring. a few minutes later derek comes in but because jordan was staying with us we didnt have enough room in the beds. jordan moves to the floor and derek takes the spot in sarah's bed. zach stops by the room holding a bottle of wine asking us to go out with him, eric and kaleo. i'm completely strung out and pissed and as soon as he comes in i tell him "YOU HAVE TO LEAVE NO". derek tells him to leave also. i fall asleep for a few minutes and dream about the cheetahstrip club sign turning on and off. someone knocks on our door and calls one of our cell phones, waking me up. i'm still pissed. awhile later we hear another knock and i say "GOD DAMNIT!" and getup and open the door to see kaleo and zach down the hall. i give them the dirtiest look ever and they tell me it was cristal. i shut the door and go back to bed. a couple hours later we hear whatsounds like donkey kong banging on then door with both of his hands. jordan gets up and goes to the door and yells "EVERYONE'S PISSED!" and hears whoever it is run down the hall. finally i go to sleep and get about 6 hours and wake up rather refreshed.

And I'm working on my novel again. With this fiction writing class I've decided to start with it again, and I've been rereading certain parts of it. I'm a bit disappointed that it's turned into the love story it has. Or that my female character has turned from hardcore badass bitch to a ratherweepy confused female. In my fiction class I have a pretty good friend who I had poetry class with a year ago, but I know she's busy too, and I'm not sure I want to ask her about helping me with a 300 page story. Then she said I'm ultimately responsible for Lacy, which is BULLSHIT because I don't know how many of you remember but when I was a freshman I was responsible for everything I did by myself, and no one else got in trouble for my actions. So she tried to take away my sexy car and ground me for four weeks because my sister had a party, but my dad is trying to talk some sense into her crazy ass so we'll see. Anywho, so this past week has been pretty uneventful with me being grounded and all, but it was definitely good to have two extra days off, even if I couldn't go anywhere. I got about 22 hours of sleep in two days, and that was heaven. Then friday some family came into town, and it was actually pretty cool. Sydney is surprised that there is no description of the bank robber or picture. Syd starts asking questions about the bank robber and makes it into a rhyme. Bridge tells her that it reminds him of his bath book. Commander Cruger calls Bridge forward and asks him if he really has a bath book. Bridge replies that he does and asks Commander Cruger if he has one. The alarms go off and the Rangers morph and go into action. The Rangers battle a monster. During the battle, Bridge is demorph. As the monster runs away, Bridge uses his ability to detect the monster's aura. .The Rangers return to headquarters, but now they have information on the monster. Unable to pronounce his origin, the Rangers name the monster T-Top. Bridge doesn't believe that T-Top is the monster responsible for the bank robberies, but the other Rangersare not convinced. The Rangers are sent to another bank robbery and they try to investigate for clues. A woman, Diane, asks them if they need a witness. Diane gives them a description of T-Top and claims that was the monster who robbed the bank. During the conversation, Bridge is busy using his magnifying glass on Diane and her dog. Embarrassed, Jack pulls Jack to his feet and tells him it's not nice to sniff the dog without permission. The Rangers return to headquarters where Jack tells Commander Cruger about the witness Diane. During the meeting, Bridge is reading a book. The others call Bridge's attention back to the meeting. The investigation leads Bridge to Diane's house where he sniffs the flowers until Diane appears. Bridge questions Diane about the various flowers. Diane decides to take her dog for a walk and Bridge joins her. Bridge tells her about balloon animals and tries to blow up a balloon. Bridge pretends that he is out of shape and asks Diane to blow up the balloon instead. Diane reluctantly does and hands the balloon back to Bridge. Bridge makes a balloon animal, but Diane is not impressed. Bridge returns to SPD headquarters and analyzes the air in the balloon. T-Top explains that he is a Tri-Ridonian Bounty Hunter after the a Fernovian thief. Diane appears on the scene and declares that T-Top is the alien she saw robbing the bank. Bridge walks over to a car, picks it up, and hurls it towards Diane. The other Rangers are stunned, but Diane reveals herself to be the Fernovian when she reverts to her natural form and slices the car in two. Bridge and the Fernovian battle with Bridge eventually arresting the Fernovian. After the arrest, Bridge and the rest of the Rangersdemorph. Jack and the rest of the Rangers want to know how Bridge knew who the real thief was. Bridge starts explaining his investigation, walking as he talks. Bridge turns around and notices therest of the Rangers have all left. At headquarters, Commander Cruger shows a hologram of Broodwing to Sky, Syd, and Z and explains to them who he is. Sky tells Commander Cruger it would be awful if Broodwing hooked up with Emperor Gruumm. Commander Cruger has a feeling that Broodwing already has. Z and Jack continue to battle Orangehead and eventually have to retreat back to headquarters. Meanwhile Sam is on Emperor Gruumm's shipwith Mora. Mora is already bored with the dolls she has and tells Sam that she wants a SPD doll. Sam is reluctant, but Mora promises to be his friend if he helps her. In the command center, Z is frustrated that they have no been able to help Sam. The rest of her friends ask her why she is taking it so personal and Z tells them of a painful memory when she was twelve. Z tells them of the difficult time she had and had her classmates called her various names like freaks. Eventually Z couldn't take it anymore and she replicated herself and made a run for it. Once outside, young Z raninto a strange creature who tore her necklace from her. A cloaked stranger helped her and retrieve her necklace, but young Z was too scared to ask for the necklace. Z reveals that she never foundout who the cloaked stranger is. Commander Cruger walks in and reveals that he was the cloaked stranger. The Rangers are stunned and Commander Cruger tells them more of their shared heritage. Commander Cruger tells the Rangers that their parents worked at SPD and were responsible for the creation of the SPD morphers. Jack protested claiming his parents were missionaries and Syd tells Commander Cruger that her mom is a teacher. Commander Cruger continues telling them that their parentsdid work at SPD along with Kat and their prolonged exposure to their work caused them their unique abilities. Commander Cruger tells them that Sam's parents had worked at SPD as well. Kat walks in with urgent news that the humans may become permanent dolls if something isn't done quickly. TheRangers go searching for Sam. Z is searching an alleyway when Sam appears. Z embraces Sam, but Sam is still suspicious of Z. Z realizes that she has been tricked when Cindy Sunshine and Bugglesworth appears. Z tells Sam that if he is friends with the Troobians, she won't stop him. Sam realizes that Z really does want to be his friend and they embrace again. Sam hides as Z fights Bugglesworth. Z has a difficult time and Sam tries to help her. Z urges Sam to run and he does. Z is turnedinto a doll. Sam continues running and runs into...Z. Z explains that she replicate herself before she was changed into a doll. Z playfully reminds Sam that he is not the only one with powers. Sam decides that he wants to use his powers for good and tells Z that by destroying Bugglesworth, the dolls will revert back to humans. Z and Sam are found by Orangehead, Bugglesworth, and several Krybots and they run. Commander Cruger sees this on the viewing screen and sends the rest of the Rangers to help Z. Z and Sam are captured. Sam manages to break free and Z tells him to run. Insteadof running, Sam takes Bugglesworth's staff and smashes it so that Bugglesworth can no longer turnpeople into dolls. Sam takes off and Z battles Orangehead. Z replicates herself and continues thebattle. The rest of the Rangers appear. Jack asks two of Z's clones if Z needs help, before finally asking Z. Z replies yes and the Rangers morph and continue the battle. A Bluehead appears and Jack takes on the Bluehead and eventually destroys him. Jack joins the rest of the Rangers as they battle Orangehead. The Rangers call on RIC and use the Canine Cannon Mode to destroy Orangehead. Kat informs the Rangers that Bugglesworth is back in his giant robot and she sends them their zords. The Rangers battle the giant robot and find Bugglesworth guilty. The robot is destroy and Bugglesworth is back on the ground with the Rangers. The Rangers capture and contain Bugglesworth. With Bugglesworth captured, the two dolls at SPD headquarters revert back to humans. Kat notices this and points it out to Boom. Boom sees the two humans hug and wants a hug from Kat, but Kat stops him. All the dolls on Emperor Gruumm's ship disappear, causing Mora to become furious. The Rangers bring Sam to headquarters where Sam is now a cadet. Sam is surrounded by his new friends and loves the bike they have given him. Sam tells them he wants to be a Power Ranger like them. Idol The Rangers are restless and Jack starts talking. Bridge notices something on the screen and tries to get Jack's attention. Bridge is joined by Syd and then Sky - Jack is still talking - and they holleredat him to come take a look. Jack and Z join the group and see a UFO arriving in Newtech City. TheRangers morphed and entered their delta runners. The Rangers form their zord and entered the cityto find that the UFO has crashed. They put out the fire and leave the zord. A lone figure emergesfrom the UFO and he removes his helmet. Sky recognizes his old friend Dru Harrington and enthusiastically greets him. Sky takes Dru back to SPD with the rest of the Rangers. Dru tells them what has happen to him - he was following a monster - and only Jack is not quite trusting of Sky's friend. Later, Sky, Jack, and Dru get together for target practice. Jack does well but Dru does exceptional. After target practice, Jack is sitting alone when a shadow startles him. Jack is surprised to see Dru and questions him. Dru tells him he is looking for Commander Cruger and Jack finds it odd that Dru would look for Cruger at 4 in the morning. Sky walks in, he takes Dru's side. Jack orders Sky to take Dru to his quarters and he does. Sky and Dru talk as they walk back to his quarters. Sky asks a few questions of his own but all Dru will tell him is that he is on a top secret mission. The following morning Sky, Syd, and Z listen as Bridge tells them about his dream and asks them what it means. Jack walks up and tells Sky that he has thought about it and he wants to apologize. Sky does not want to accept his apology and tells Jack he knows nothing about friendship or the SPD and to leave him and Dru alone. Kat notifies that Rangers that there is a security breach and there is a monster in the engine room. The Rangers morph and take on the monster, but it proves difficult and the monster is soon gone. Jack thinks he knows where the monster has gone and leaves. Demorph, Sky walks silently towards Dru's room. Jack leaves Dru's room and tells him that Dru isnot there. Jack tells Sky not to let friendship blind him to his friend. An announcement is made that Commander Cruger is arriving and the Rangers await his arrival. Commander Cruger walks with the Rangers and he already knows of the breach in security. Sky takes full responsibly. Commander Cruger is fired at and lands on the floor, barely breathing. Sky spots the monster and goes after him. The monster reveals himself to be Dru - the monster form being his true form. Sky is confused and asks him why. Dru tells Sky of working with Broodwing and of power and money. Dru starts to leave and Sky tells him he has to take him in. Dru fires at Sky and Sky flies through the air and lands on the ground. Dru tells Sky that next time only one of them will be standing before walking away. The Rangers are gathered around Commander Cruger. Kat tells them that Cruger is tough old dogto which Commander Cruger responses who are you calling old dog. The Rangers are relieved that Commander Cruger is okay. The alarm goes off and it's Dru again. Bridge, Syd, and Z leave. Sky asks Jack if he can take Dru on his own and Jack tells him it's against regulations, but that he can give Sky a ten minute head start, which Sky takes. Sky encounters Dru in a projector room and they face off each other. Dru reverts to his true form while Sky morphs into the Blue Ranger. Sky takes down Dru - much to Dru's surprise. Dru grows larger as the rest of the Rangers enter. The Rangers use their zords to battle Dru and eventually defeat him. Dru goes back to human form and Sky arrests him. The following day Jack finds Sky scrubbing the cement entrance to SPD with a toothbrush. Commander Cruger's latest punishment for Sky. Jack offers to help Sky and does so. Sky starts laughing and Jack wants to know what is so funny. Sky tells Jack that he has been using Jack's toothbrush. Stakeout Jack and Sky are playing a game that involves a image of the Blue Senturion battling a monster. Z and Bridge watched from behind the guys. Sydney walks in dressed for a party. Z, Jack, Sky, and Bridge give Syd a hard time until they find out the following day is Syd's birthday. Syd tells them how her parents like to take her out to an expensive restaurant on the eve of her birthday. The others want to know where their invitation are and Syd tells them that she knew they had to work. The Rangers are called into a meeting at the command center with Commander Cruger and Kat. A hologram of Sinuka is displayed. Commander Cruger tells the Rangers that Sinuka has escape from a satellite prison on KO-35. Commander Cruger and Kat fear that Sinuka may go after his formerassociate Dr. Rheas. Commander Cruger wants to set up an stakeout and assigns Jack the task. Commander Cruger asks Jack to select who he would like to come with him and Jack picks Syd. Syd does not want to miss her evening out, but Jack insists that Syd has the most surveillance experience. Syd's temperament does not improve when she is moves into the shabby apartment with Jack. Jack quickly spots Dr. Rheas in the next building and is quite taken with her beauty. Syd is not that impressed and reflects that Jack didn't think a woman could be both beautiful and intelligent. Meanwhile, Bridge, Z, and Sky are watching an entrance to a cave on a beach. Soon Sinuka appears and enters the cave. After some time, Sinuka leaves the cave with a metal briefcase. Z, Sky, and Bridge tryto arrest him, but Sinuka releases several Krybots. Sky, Bridge, and Z morphed and battle the Krybots while Sinuka makes his getaway. Syd and Jack continue their surveillance. Dr. Rheas leaves her apartment and Syd is happy, thinking that they can now leave. Jack tells her they have to stay until Commander Cruger tells them otherwise. Jack answers the door and it's a delivery for pizza. Syd is surprised and happy - thinking the pizza is for her birthday. Jack tells her the pizza is for him, that he would have ordered a larger pizza had he know she wanted some. Syd pretends to havenot really wanted the pizza. It's a different matter for Piggy who climbs through the window after following the delivery truck for three blocks. Syd is not happy to see Piggy. Piggy asks Jack what is the matter and Jack tells Piggy that Syd is upset because he made her work on her birthday. Even Piggy thinks that's a bit cold and Jack feels a twinge of guilt. Jack leaves, telling Syd andPiggy he is going for a walk. Jack goes for a walk in the park and spots a birthday party for a young girl. This reminds Jack of Syd. Jack then notices Dr. Rheas walking and a thief taking her bag. Dr. Rheas runs after the thief and Jack tells her he's got it. Jack catches up to the thief andas he fights him, the thief's mask comes off and it's a Krybot. Jack makes quick work of the Krybot. Jack goes to a park bench where Dr. Rheas is sitting and gives her her bag. Dr. Rheas is very happy and Jack suggests he walks her home to be on the safe side. Dr. Rheas agrees. Jack walks Dr.Rheas to outside her building. Jack tells Dr. Rheas that he has to go - a friend is having a birthday. Dr. Rheas tells Jack to wish his friend a happy birthday and tells him that she still gets excited over birthdays. Jack asks her why and Dr. Rheas tells him it's the one day everyone makes you feel special. Dr. Rheas thanks Jack again and they hug. Piggy is watching from the opposite building and makes a comment. Syd comes over and is furious when she sees Jack and Dr. Rheas hugging.Jack returns to the apartment and Syd starts to argue with him. Piggy tries to help, but Syd and Jack tell him to stay out of it. Jack tells Syd that they had been talking about birthdays. This surprises Syd and she asks him why. The Rangers keep going from the wrong robot and muchto their frustration, Sinuka has gotten away again. Dr. Rheas prepares to leave her apartment andis very frighten to see Sinuka on the other side of the door. Jack returns to the apartment and is not happy that the pizza is all gone. Piggy claims that there were a lot of mice. Jack looks outthe window and realizes that Dr. Rheas is missing. Jack asks Piggy if he had seen anything and Piggy will only talk for a price. Sinuka forces Dr. Rheas to take him where the activator is. Dr. Rheas tells him that she should have destroyed it and that he had the intelligence to do much good for the world. Sinuka tells Dr. Rheas that was her plans, not his. Sinuka has the activator when Jack shows up. Dr. Rheas watches stunned as Jack morphs into the Red Ranger. Jack battles Sinuka, but has a difficult time. Dr. Rheas tries to help but Sinuka pushes her away. Jack makes sure that Dr. Rheas is okay and then tells her to hid. Dr. Rheas does and continues to watch the battle. The rest of the Rangers appeared and they call for their delta runners and form the megazord. Sinuka is in his giant robot and replicates himself again. This time the Rangers are ready for him and destroy his robot. Sinuka ejects and the Rangers do the same. The Rangers used the Canine Cannon modeto arrest and contain Sinuka. The following day Syd is walking in the park and is very surprise and happy when her friends spring out and wish her a happy birthday. All the Rangers, along with Kat, Commander Cruger, Dr. Rheas, Piggy and several aliens are there. Syd and Jack share a cupcake until Piggy takes both halves.

Out of those acquaintances, we probably make hundreds and hundreds of friends. These are the people that could probably share a funny/quirky/embarrassing anecdote about time spent with us at somepoint or another in our lifetimes. In that group, there will be dozens of good friends who will pick us up at the airport, let us sleep on their couch, and probably know a couple of our secrets. Then there is that handful of truly great friends. These are the people that will lay down in traffic for us, bail us out of (or join us in) jail, and stand next to us at our wedding. That transition was not easy at all simply because I had to deal with the expectations of my mother who was expecting me to remain in that state when I moved back with her after my contract with the Marine Corps finished. I had to answer "No" to all those questions for the simple fact people in that state are unwilling to even consider a world outside their own all the while I am telling them there is one out there that needs to be experienced. "Titan - the Graphic Novel" was GW's (Games Workshop, a gaming publisher and miniatures manufacturer) effort to better popularize their already well-liked 40k universe. It has been an outstanding success and is one of their better "promotion" products. The story focuses on the experiences of one titan across a battlefront of the (generic sci-fi human) Empire. The experienced Titan pilot dies of old age and a younger trainee is forced to take over the helm. He, of course, is not well accepted by the older apparatchiks of the Imperium (in the Adeptus Mechanicus) and has to face several trials to keep his Titan. All of the combat in this novel faces Ork opponents. The greatest attraction is to see the fine artwork of the novel. The titans are fleshed out with every nut and bolt. The pilots and crew of a Titan are defined to great satisfaction for the 40k enthusiast. I bought my novel to give me ideas how to convert 6mm scale Epic titans. "Titan - the Graphic Novel" waswell worth my money for that reason alone. However, I don't think the story could stand well on its' own if it didn't already have an established fan base of 40k players. I recommend this graphicnovel for the GW 40k enthusiast and fan. Woke up early, or rather, early for me...Despite that, I was still late. I had to haul ass over tothe interior shop to get my car fixed. So, I hauled said ass, and met up with my dad there. From there we went to a mexican restaurant, where we had breakfast taco's. Taco is guaco. Not really. From there we went to best buy for mom's presents, then TJ MAXX for rej's. Unfortunatly, they didn't have rej's present, so I had to go to the base. Somewhere along the way we checked to see if it was done. It wasn't. We also went to the post office, and then to HEB, where I couldn't find rej'sstuff again, so I had to settle. Anyway, we then went, got my car, and zipped over to Hastings. We got my mom's gift card, then went to a Merle Norman store for her other thingy...Then I went home, did chores, ate, arranged presents, wrapped mom's, wrapped rej's, then I played a little MGS3. Affer THAT I journeyed to the theatre. Jarhead was playing, but I missed most of it. Too bad...Then we met up with Jimyc, went to HEB, got some stuff, then Wallmart, got s'more stuff, then we wentback to the apartment. We started wrapping lumpia, which I sucked at, and then my curfew struck. I went home, chatted to her on the phone for a few, ate popcorn, played MGS3, then went to bed.

I hate mosquitoes. My hate for them could power Manhattan for weeks. My hate for them could move worlds, provided they're tiny enough and rather close together, but MOVE WORLDS, I CAN. My hate forthem could translate into rather creative ways of getting rid of them too.

Why is it that I find gritty dramas featuring grim northerners so emotionally affecting? Is it some sort of latent Grim Northern genetics making themselves known? Is it some sort of there-but-for-the-grace-of-hippy-parents-go-I sort of thing? I'm watching Billy Elliot and it's touching my heart. I don't know if I'd be able to get through Kes without bawling.
